Duties: |
Using customer inputs, work in a team environment to develop detailed design specifications.
•Design and implement complex high-speed (100-400 MHZ+) synchronous digital designs using HDL languages (Verilog preferred) in a hierarchical top down design flow process.
•Develop test benches for verification of functional requirements of design
•Use of EDA tools for verification and implementation stages. (Synplicity, Mentor Graphics Modelsim, Xilinx ISE, Altera QuartusII)
•Ability to write scripts for automation of simulation and synthesis runs.
•Verify implementation works correctly in actual hardware using industry standard test equipment.

Qualifications: |
•BSEE or related degress (EE or CS), MS Preferred.
•15+ years of experience in digital design development for ASIC/FPGA.
•Must have experience working in a fast paced, team oriented design and development environment.
•Demonstrated knowledge of EDA tools, ASIC/FPGA implementation, SDH/SONET/Ethernet specifications, and lab verification techniquies.
