Description:

Monitor and contact customers for payment on delinquent accounts.

Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limmited to:

Contact customers by phone or mail concerning past due invoices.

Record the collection efforts in AR computer system.

Pull weekly aging reports.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate must have prior collection experience and excellent customer service skills with outstanding telephone etiquette. Must be a dependable team player who works well under pressure and has effective oral and written communication skills.
