Duties: |
As a Director of Clinical Services, you will direct the overall clinical operation of hiring, training/developing, and directing staff in the provision of the agency service, chart audits and filling clinical functions in compliance with agency policy and procedure, state regulations, and physician's orders. |
Qualifications: |
General Background and Minimum Requirements: - Current RN license & CPR certification in state of agency operation
- Three years recent RN Hospice experience
- Three years experience as RN Director in Hospice or similar setting
- Expert knowledge of hospice care supervision, governmental hospice agency regulations, and Medicade services.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have valid state driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Must have the ability to function autonomously and possess effective time management skills
- Absolute love for patient care!
