Duties:

As a Director of Clinical Services, you will direct the overall clinical operation of hiring, training/developing, and directing staff in the provision of the agency service, chart audits and filling clinical functions in compliance with agency policy and procedure, state regulations,  and physician's orders.

Qualifications:

General Background and Minimum Requirements:
  • Current RN license & CPR certification in state of agency operation
  • Three years recent RN Hospice experience 
  • Three years experience as RN Director in Hospice or similar setting
  • Expert knowledge of hospice care supervision, governmental hospice agency regulations, and Medicade services.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must have valid state driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Must have the ability to function autonomously and possess effective time management skills
  • Absolute love for patient care!
