We are looking for a Spanish speaking Sales Coordinator to receive sales calls to obtain residential and commercial customers within the Hispanic community. The successful candidate will manage high call volume in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service. He/she must demonstrate strong product knowledge by answering customer questions in an accurate and timely manner. | |
Duties: |
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Sell product, place customer orders, by utilizing scripts to guide potential customers, provide service information and data entry. Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system. Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved. Complete call logs and sales reports Maintain assigned levels of sales / renewal / retention activity including new customer contacts, RFP responses and final sales contracts to produce consistent results to satisfy monthly, quarterly and annual sales and churn targets. Proactively seek to gather and harvest referrals and warm leads from existing customers Maintain existing customer relationships via Account Management and issue resolution, as needed. Actively participate and collaborate in all renewal and retention efforts of existing accounts Effectively communicate the unique value of the company; our products and services Overcome customer objections, using probing skills, to achieve sales results. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiating skills
- Some travel required
- Attendance at various community, industry shows and other events required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information at all times.
