Description:

Residential retail only mortgage banker in Houston Texas. Conventional and FHA loans with in-house underwriting and funding seeks an mortgage processors with recent experience for full time employment. ONLY recent experience in processing will be considered. Benefits, flexible hours, must be technically savvy!

Duties:

Process mortgage loans, collect and verify borrower information as well as work with title, survey, underwriters for Conventional and Government loans.

Qualifications:

1 or more years full time processing experience - must have processed loans during 2011!!
