Duties:

Dahill is searching for dynamic and career minded B2B sales professionals to join our Rio Grande Valley Sales Team.

Business Development Specialists are responsible for:

  • Responsible for selling and introducing Dahill product line to prospects in designated territory.
  • Sell software and hardware solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.  
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by consistently performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft proposals, and provide product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Keeps prospects informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.

This position works closely with Branch Sales Manager to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with exisiting customers to increase sales of Dahill products and/or services.

 

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who excel in a fast paced, highly competitive sales environment.

 

  • Be self motivated, energetic and customer focused.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform consistently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, onsite visits, and other methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and have reliable transportation.

 Preferred:

  • BS/BA degree and/or 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Have proven success in a competitive commission pay environment.
  • Sales experience in office products, technology, staffing, medical sales or similar industry.
