| This position confirms patient appointments and verifies all information is correct, prior to appointments. |
Duties: |
Primary focus on confirming scheduled appointments with patients; ensuring accuracy of details and assuring necessary pre-exam preparations are followed.
Schedule medical exams, obtaining all relevant information.
Correctly enter patients’ demographics into the system.
Will be working back-up for Front Desk as well.

Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent
Highly computer literate
2-3 years in medical office setting
Work independently
MUST be able to work any shift between 7:00am and 7:00 pm (Mon - Thurs); 7:00 - 5:30 (Fri) and 8:00 - 12:00 (Sat, rotation) |
