Description: | | We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills, dedication to patient care, willingness to go above and beyond and a great team player for our Kansas City and surrounding locations. | Duties: | The Payment Collector is responsible for collecting payments from patients at the time treatment is completed and/or arranging payment plans for treatment that is to be done by the Dentist.
They are responsible for following up on all past due accounts and will contact patients regarding payments if necessary.
Our offices are fast paced and our focus is quality patient care. We strive to provide our patients with a warm, pleasant and professional environment.
| Qualifications: | We are looking for individuals with great customer service skills, dedication to patient care, willingness to go above and beyond and a great team player.
Minimum one year required in a dental office or two years in a medical office.
