Fueling Systems Specialist – Experienced Wayne and Gilbarco

Description:

Duties:

1. You’ll need to juggle lots of tasks in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment. You will need to plan for growth considering new equipment launches, industry compliance, and ongoing training.

2. Your ability to successfully manage customer expectations through correct judgments, sound decisions, and technical knowledge is critical to keep our discriminating customers happy.

3. You will have to have excellent people skills and the ability to communicate in person, over the phone, with a sense of urgency while being persistent in following up with our customers.

4. Attention to detail and strong organization is critical. We take great pride in making sure every service call and installation is 100 percent correct.

5. Our customers and your teammates are counting on you to be here, every day. If you’ve ever worked in this type of environment, you know how important teamwork and commitment are to personal success.

6. Respond to a variety of service calls including emergency response and after hour on call including but not limited to dispensers, turbines, UST tank top equipment, UST monitoring equipment, dispenser calibration.

7. Utilize laptop computer for receiving service calls as well as updating and closing out calls.

8. Track inventory on company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• 1 – 2 Years experience in mechanical/computer equipment repair and installation including hydraulic and electronic systems.

• Previous knowledge and certifications in petroleum dispensers and related equipment is necessary (Wayne, Gilbarco, VeriFone, Veeder Root, Fe-Petro, Red Jacket, Incon)


• Point-of-Sale, Dispenser, Tank monitor installation and repair.

• Experience in computer networking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Basic electrical experience.

• Must be able to maintain parts stock

• Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.

• Ability to successfully manage customer expectations.

• Clean driving record and the ability to work safety is REQUIRED.

• High School Diploma or GED is REQUIRED.

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
