Location: 501 West Slaughter Ln. Austin, TX 78749 - Intersection S Mopac & Slaughter, Austin TX Provide superior and quality member service while adhering to United Heritage’s quality service standards, policies and procedures. Perform financial transactions for members accurately, efficiently, and in a professional manner. Exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative with each transaction while presenting a positive image of the organization. |
Duties: |
- Accept and dispense cash accurately using a teller drawer and/or Cash Disppense Machine.
- Accept and process checks accurately, provide account and credit union information to members.
- Balance checks, cash and consignment items sold daily.
- Responsible for competent processing of financial transactions, verifying accuracy, balancing daily and meeting security guidelines.
- Cross selling and refer beneficial products and services to members and non-members.

Qualifications: |
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one year heavy cash handling and customer service experience preferably within the last 12 months.
- Must be available to work a flexible 40 hour schedule to include all branch operating hours and a rotating Saturday schedule
